Planned testnet activation
RinoStakeVault.totalLocked() over the fixed 1,000,000,000 supply will be read here. The vault is not deployed, so the cell stays empty rather than reading zero — zero is a measurement, and this is not one. No source exists yet — the contract is not deployed.
Chain readings refresh every 10 seconds while this page is visible; cached values show their timestamp. RINO is not affiliated with Robinhood Markets, Inc.

How it worksName a price for outcome shares. Orders need a counterparty, and a matched order still needs an on-chain fill.
How it worksCombine two to eight binary outcomes in one maker-backed ticket. Every selected outcome must win; each ticket is fully funded at execution.
How it worksAnyone can create from open templates. Curators handle restricted templates, and new capabilities follow governance review. Have a new question? Submit a public proposal.
Creation & governance →Choose an @username and picture, follow positions and review activity. Indexed history brings block timestamps and an explicitly scoped realized pool P/L view.
Understand the numbers →Features depend on the selected network and deployment. Public contract deployment and production activation remain pending; development screens use test funds. Perpetuals are not available.
How it works· three steps
Start with the question and its rules. Choose a venue, review the amount at risk, and follow the market through resolution.
Read the question, outcomes, source and deadline. Each approved template defines how the result is established and who may report it.
Pool, book and combo positions have different payout and exit rules. Review the ticket before committing.
USDG funds positions. RINO locks have separate tier benefits and unlock rules.
Resolution follows the template’s lane: an on-chain read, signer attestation, optimistic challenge process or committee decision. Evidence links make the reported result inspectable.
Reporting, dispute deadlines and on-chain confirmation are separate stages. Read the market’s resolution guide.

Pool share shows how funds are distributed; it is not a traded price or a forecast of probability.
The fee· maker / taker, charged at the trade
On the order book, fees are charged at the fill. Makers pay zero; the Class A taker fee per share with a 1 USDG payout is 0.50% at a 50¢ share price. Locking RINO cuts it: at JUGGERNAUT the taker rate falls to 0.30%. Makers are never charged and are paid a rebate out of what takers pay.
The taker fee is rate × p × (1 − p) per share, so it is widest where the outcome is genuinely uncertain and nearly nothing where it is not. A flat rate would do the opposite: 50 bps of notional costs 49.5% of a trader’s maximum profit at 99¢ and more than the whole prize past 99.5¢, which is precisely where most volume sits.
A staticcall to the target contract inside the same transaction that writes the outcome. There is no window between observing and reporting.
An evidence hash published before the report, attested by the configured quorum of authorized signers.
A bonded report with challenge rounds and a court process. Challenger payments follow the dispute contract’s payout rules.
A named committee with a published service level. Real discretion, and we say so rather than dressing it as an oracle.
A pool market has no counterparty to be maker or taker against — everyone posts into the same escrow — so there is no trade event to charge at. Charging on the way in breaks it outright: with an entry fee of φ, a winner only breaks even while the winning side holds less than 1 − φ of the escrow. At 5%, a $100 winning position in a 97/3 escrow pays back $97.94 — the position was right and still lost money, and a chain-metric pool sits at 97/3 routinely a week before a near-certain outcome. With the fee on the win instead, the payout is a·[1 + (1−r)(1−q)/q] ≥ a for every imbalance q and every rate r, so no losing-winner region exists at all. In a pool market a losing position therefore pays nothing whatsoever.
Both venues share one ceiling: 700 basis points, a compile-time constant in the contract. Class fee rates and their ceiling are fixed in the contract; your tier can reduce the applicable fee. There is no entry fee, no exit fee, no maker fee, and a market that voids refunds in full at zero fee.
RINO tokenomics· planned Pons V2 launch
One supply. Two destinations. Pons mints the entire supply to the bonding curve; part can be bought, and the rest is reserved for the graduated pool.
No team allocation. No supply is reserved as a team grant; the planned supply goes to the curve and graduation liquidity.
Genesis supply · RINO
18 decimals · minted once at launch
714,285,714 RINO
Available to buy through the Pons bonding curve before graduation. Purchased tokens go to the buyers’ wallets.
Buyers hold their tokens
285,714,286 RINO
Pons keeps this supply in the curve until graduation, then uses it to seed the Uniswap v4 liquidity pool. The liquidity position is held permanently by the Pons locker.
Liquidity locks at graduation
The reserve is supply × phantom quote ÷ (phantom quote + graduation threshold). Config 0 uses a phantom quote of 1.68 ETH and a graduation threshold of 4.2 ETH in real quote reserves. The remainder is the total curve-sale allocation.
These are the factory settings checked on . They must be checked again before launch because future launch settings can change. RINO is not deployed. Burns can reduce supply after the initial mint.

The tier vault· lock, never charge
Locking RINO raises your pool position limits and reduces fees. Your tier grows with your seven-day average locked balance; the market’s class determines its limit. A RINO lock is not required when the trading gate is disabled.

The answer comes from data recorded on the blockchain.
Attesters verify a result published by an official source.
A measured or indexed result is proposed with a bond and follows the market’s resolution process.
A designated committee decides the result using the market’s published rules.
Topic tells you what a market is about. Class tells you how it resolves. Crypto, politics and sports are topics; A–D are resolution and risk classes. Featured Class F markets use the Class D caps.
These are pool limits in USDG, per account, per market. They do not set identical limits on the order book. Available capacity may be lower: minimum-position rules, the pool’s capacity ramp, concentration limits, and market and resolution-lane caps still apply. The market ticket shows your current capacity.

*The BULL creation threshold is preview interface policy. Live creation follows the deployed factory and template permissions. Early RINO unlocks may burn a penalty.
Market outcomes do not deduct from your tier lock. Normal unlocking follows the vault’s delay and penalty rules. Read the tier-vault documentation for contract permissions and operating conditions.
Your tier is the lower of your 7-day time-weighted average locked balance and your balance right now. A new lock takes up to a week to fully count, so a flash loan buys nothing; an unlock demotes you the moment it lands.
Locks and time-weighted balances are evaluated per account. Splitting a lock changes each account’s tier and discount; the thresholds are not proof of one-person-one-account participation.
Thresholds are specified in basis points of a fixed 1,000,000,000 RINO supply and the token figures are derived from it, never typed twice. JUGGERNAUT requires 120 bps (1.2%); the separate per-account lock cap remains 200 bps (2%). Locking pays no distribution of any kind: the fee router is immutable, is pull rather than push, and sends nothing to anyone for having locked a token.
Resolution· evidence and resolution authority
Every market page prints its lane and how much discretion that lane leaves. Minimising it is the work; stating exactly what is left is the honesty.
Approved templates fix the source policy, outcomes and timing. Chain-read sources must be supported by the reporter; off-chain events depend on their evidence and designated reporting authority.
Reports link to committed evidence. Attestations require evidence published at least one hour earlier and signatures from the registered quorum. An evidence hash establishes the record, not the truth of an off-chain claim.
The optimistic lane has two-hour challenge windows, a second round and a final court process. Attested and committee lanes use different authority. A missed deadline may allow a void; a challenge does not guarantee a refund.
The digest above was computed by this page from the exact bytes that endpoint returned during its last revalidation, not from a re-serialised copy of a parsed object — a hash taken over reprinted JSON proves nothing about what the source served. It changes whenever the source does, which is the point. No market has settled for money yet: nothing on this receipt is a claim about a past payout.
| Lane | Mechanism | Discretion | Template timer | Class |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| CHAIN READ | supported contract read in the reporting transaction | On-chain observation | 60 s | A |
| ATTESTED | at least three registered signers; no optimistic challenge round | Signer authority | 15 min | B |
| OPTIMISTIC | two-hour challenges; 48-hour court deadline after escalation | Bonded + court | 24 h | C |
| COMMITTEE | designated committee reports with linked evidence | Committee authority | 48 h | D |
These timer values identify the configured template lanes. They are not guaranteed payout times or a universal waiting period after a report. Reporting, challenges, court decisions and chain confirmation follow each lane’s rules.
Straight answers· including the awkward ones
RINO supports pool markets, an order book and maker-backed combos where their contracts and services are configured. Questions come from approved templates; broader event categories require reviewed sources and resolution rules. Public deployment is still pending.
Positions use USDG. RINO is separate: locking it affects tier capacity and fee discounts. Entry requirements depend on the venue’s current configuration. Market losses do not consume your locked RINO; early unlocks can carry their own penalty.
Open templates allow community creation under the factory’s rules. Restricted templates require a curator. You can also submit a wallet-signed public proposal for a new question; that request does not create a tradable market.
Pool positions have a limited par-exit window during the opening plateau and are otherwise held until resolution. Order-book shares can be sold when a counterparty is available. Combo tickets have no early exit in version 1.
Each template fixes its resolution lane. Chain-read markets use an on-chain observation; attested markets require signatures; optimistic markets use bonded proposals and challenges; committee markets use a designated dispute authority. These lanes have different trust assumptions.
A void pool market refunds principal without a trading fee. The protocol has deadline-based void paths for unresolved markets, but a disputed claim may instead resolve through its designated authority. A combo with a void leg refunds both contributions. Gas and oracle dispute bonds have separate rules.
No. Pool share describes how principal is distributed, not a market probability. Order-book price displays depend on the available quotes and liquidity. The app keeps those meanings separate.
Direct crypto deposits require the exact asset and network shown in the app. MoonPay remains disabled pending a verified delivery route. Direct Card, Apple Pay, Cash App and Google Pay integrations remain Coming soon. Never send real funds to a test network.
The current chart shows realized pool P/L from complete indexed history. It excludes open positions, unclaimed wins, order-book trades, combos and gas. Missing history is shown as unavailable, not estimated.
Payouts and exit options depend on the venue and market rules. You can lose the full amount of your position. RINO is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Robinhood Markets, Inc.

Lock RINO to open the door and set your capacity. Charge USDG to take the position. If you win, you get everything you charged back plus a share of the losing side. If you lose, you lose what you charged.
